Our Mission

Helping Paws Project Inc. is dedicated to improving the lives of stray, abandoned, and medically vulnerable animals through veterinary care, emergency medical assistance, and recovery support. We partner with local shelters, rescue organizations, foster homes, veterinarians, and community members to provide essential medical services, reduce barriers to adoption, and expand access to preventative care programs that promote long-term animal welfare.

Helping Paws Project was founded on a simple belief: no animal should suffer simply because medical care is out of reach.

Every year, countless stray and abandoned animals are found injured, sick, or in need of veterinary treatment. Many rescue organizations want to help but face limited resources and difficult decisions when animals require extensive medical care before they can be accepted into a program.

Helping Paws Project was created to bridge that gap.

What began as an effort to provide emergency medical assistance for animals in need has grown into a vision for a stronger safety net within our community. By funding diagnostic testing, medical treatment, vaccinations, and spay/neuter services, we help animals receive the care they need while making it easier for shelters, rescues, and foster homes to give them a second chance.
